Our Roots on the Lane

Since 2015, we have been a fixture of the Haji Lane community. Our journey began as Good Luck Beerhouse, a humble, hole-in-the-wall craft beer bistro serving the neighborhood's thirsty travelers. However, as the lane’s patrons evolved post-pandemic, so did our ambition. We saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between traditional heritage flavors and a modern dining experience. What started as a strategic pivot has blossomed into a full-scale culinary destination, earning a dedicated following for the bold, Southeast Asian flavors we’ve introduced to the street.

The Transformation

In 2024, Fatt Choy Eating House was launched, quickly becoming a staple of the Haji Lane scene. While we will always cherish our roots in the craft beer world, our passion for heritage flavors led us to become the dedicated restaurant we are today. We didn't just update our menu; we created a new destination for diners seeking incredible, elevated takes on the local dishes they love.

Founded by Kevin Ngan, our team is the heartbeat of Fatt Choy Eating House. Benjamin and the kitchen crew constantly push the boundaries of flavor, while Valencia and the hospitality team ensure you feel right at home the moment you walk in.
